1. Free plan
The Free plan has no subscription charge. Its monthly generation and scheduling allowances are shown on the Pricing page.
2. Paid subscriptions
Creator and Studio are recurring monthly subscriptions. The checkout shows the plan price, currency, billing timing and any temporary card verification before you authorise payment. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
3. Cancelling
You may cancel from the Account page. Unless checkout or the Account page says otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access remains available through the current paid period. Cancelling does not ordinarily create a refund for the current period or unused generation allowances.
After cancellation, you may purchase a new paid subscription. Where a new authorisation is scheduled after an existing paid period, the effective date is shown before you continue to Razorpay.
4. Changing plans
The effective date and price of a plan change are shown in the service before confirmation. A change may take effect immediately or at the next billing date depending on payment method and subscription state. The Account page is the source of truth for the active plan after Razorpay confirms the change.
5. Refund eligibility
Except where required by law, paid subscription charges are non-refundable after the relevant billing period begins, including for unused time, unused generations, dissatisfaction with a creative result, or failure to cancel before renewal.
We will investigate:
- duplicate or incorrect charges;
- a charge made after a cancellation that our records confirm should already have taken effect;
- verified unauthorised payment; and
- another refund required by applicable law.
Contact support@dailyfanfare.com within 7 days of the charge where possible. Include the account email, payment date, amount and Razorpay payment or subscription identifier. Do not send complete card information.
6. Failed and refunded generations
If Daily Fanfare confirms that an image or video generation failed without delivering a usable draft, the associated monthly allowance is restored automatically where indicated in the product. An output that completed successfully but was not the user’s preferred creative result is not treated as a failed generation.
7. Failed recurring payments
Razorpay or the card issuer may retry a failed recurring payment. While payment remains unresolved, the subscription may be marked halted and paid features may be restricted. If the payment is not recovered, the plan may end or return to Free. The Account page will direct you to purchase a new plan when required.
8. Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. They commonly appear within 5–10 business days after processing, but the final timing is controlled by Razorpay, the card network and your bank.
