Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using Daily Fanfare, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

Daily Fanfare helps merchants create, edit, save, export, schedule and publish promotional content. Features may rely on AI models and third-party platforms. We may improve or change features, templates, providers and reasonable technical limits while preserving paid entitlements for the applicable billing period where practicable.

You must provide accurate account information, keep access secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person or business must not create accounts to evade plan or safety limits.

Current prices and monthly image, video and scheduling allowances appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. Allowances reset according to the account’s billing cycle, do not carry forward and have no cash value. A generation that completes and produces the requested draft counts toward the relevant allowance; failures for which the service confirms a refund of usage do not count.

“Unlimited” features remain subject to reasonable technical concurrency, security and anti-abuse controls. They do not permit automated resale, excessive machine-driven usage or interference with other users.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges through Razorpay. Taxes, currency conversion and issuer fees may apply. Plan changes, future-dated renewals and temporary mandate-verification charges are displayed before authorisation.

Cancellation, plan changes, failed payments and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You retain your rights in material you upload. You give Daily Fanfare and its service providers a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, adapt and process that material only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service. This licence ends when the material is deleted, except for temporary backups and lawful retention.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for every product, image, logo, person, music element, instruction and claim you submit. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material that is unnecessary for content creation.

As between you and Daily Fanfare, you may use generated output for your business, subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms. Laws may not recognise exclusive intellectual-property rights in some AI-generated material, and similar output may be produced for others.

AI can make mistakes or change visual details. You must review every output before use. Only publish prices, features, materials, availability, reviews, discounts and other claims you know are accurate. Daily Fanfare does not certify legal compliance, product accuracy, advertising claims or intellectual-property clearance.

Connecting Instagram authorises the service and its publishing provider to perform the actions you request. Publishing and scheduling depend on Upload-Post, Meta, networks and account permissions. A scheduled time is a requested delivery time, not a guarantee of exact publication. You remain responsible for reviewing the status of important posts and complying with platform rules.

• Illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory or sexually exploitative content.
• Impersonation, fabricated endorsements, unlawful surveillance or misleading product claims.
• Malware, credential theft, attacks, or unauthorised automated access.
• Uploading personal data without a lawful reason or images of children for AI generation.
• Using the service to violate another person’s privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, providers or the service; respond to legal requirements; investigate misuse; or address unpaid charges. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Sections intended to survive termination, including payment obligations, rights in existing content, disclaimers and liability terms, continue to apply.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific creative result, exact social-platform delivery or commercial performance.

To the extent permitted by law, Daily Fanfare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or third-party platform action. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Daily Fanfare in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. Disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless applicable law requires otherwise.
